Sauna
bathing outdoors is great fun
in any weather
This is sauna bathing for sauna enthusiasts, and still found
relatively rarely in this country.
Lazy summer evenings, with sunset sauna and a midnight barbecue...to
the thrill of crisp icy grass underfoot on a frosty winter's
night, with the stars all ablaze overhead.
So why outdoors? Well, space is usually easy to find outdoors; in
the garden, yard, or even on the roof?
We have three options for your outdoor sauna.
1)
The Lagerholm Range. Go outdoors with the superb purpose
built 'Lemmikki' Outdoor Sauna
Cabin Range
2)
The Lovisa Range Conversion Kits.
Alternatively, and at surprisingly low cost, our outdoor
conversion package for the Lovisa range takes one of our
standard indoor saunas outside, in true Scandinavian style.
3)
The Lovisa D-I-Y Roof Kit.
A simple d.i.y. roof, fitted over one of our Lovisa range
saunas, can make a really low-priced outdoor sauna cabin.
Beware
- not every sauna can go outdoors - it must be of the traditional
'log' construction, like our Lovisa and Joutsen ranges.
Don't try this with any 'panel' sauna!
Do
you have a pool, or spa-pool?
Outdoor sauna is the perfect complement to your pool - providing
the joys of sauna, a handy changing-room, and the ideal place
to dry towels, swimsuits, - and people!
These days, there are few of us that couldn't benefit from
a little more 'fresh air and exercise...' and outdoor sauna
provides a different and exhilarating way to enjoy both.
It matters not if the exercise is taken first, or you allow
the sauna's own natural processes to provide it; the fresh
air always feels so good between sessions in the hot room,
and it's the supreme 'workout' towards that Scandinavian skin
tone!
Afterwards, a long, cool drink; relaxation as you cool - the
prelude to a night of refreshing deep sleep.
