The cabinet on our Platinum series is made from a fantastic new product, which not only needs no maintenace, but also provides very good insulation for heat and noise, reducing running costs, making it much quieter, and helping the environment at the same time.

These products are used to replace wood; the material has the same appearance as wood and similar physical properties. It is durable, requires no painting or varnishing and is completely maintenance free. It can be extruded to finished sizes, shapes, colours and surface finishes, avoiding additional costs normally associated with working natural wood profiles.

These products are manufactured from Polystyrene using a Modified Extrusion Process. We believe our product is a genuine answer to the fight against deforestation of our hardwood forests, with the added benefit of using recycled polystyrene. There is a growing need, due to legislation, for packaging companies to recover polystyrene packaging for reprocessing, we use this reprocessed material.

The unique manufacturing process allows us to create a multitude of different colours and wood effects.

Advantages of the Process: Recyclable during manufacture and after use. No need to use stains on the product as colours are achieved during manufacture: the water cooling process uses a sealed system, which minimises water consumption.The profile tooling can be manufactured from recycled alloys or steel.
