Building work required prior to the delivery of your hot tub.
Base
A 4-inch concrete base, concrete slabs, or timber deck, level and flat, the size of the spa is recommended.

Power Supply

We recommend that a qualified electrician fit the electrical supply.
A single-phase 240-volt power supply with 30ma R.C.D. (E.L.C.B.) fitted at the fuse board.
An isolator minimum 2 meters from the water and a cable run to the back wall of the tub with a 4-meter tail of cable loose, for our installers to connect into the spa control panel. (Located behind the timber access panel).

* Whilst our hot tubs will work perfectly using the minimum recommended power supply, in winter you may wish to run Jets, Pumps, Bubbler and Heater at the same time. If this is the case the unit will need to draw on the higher amps quoted. If your supply is the standard (or lower figure) then the unit will only power the Jets and Pump or the Heater at a time.
Water
A garden hose is needed to fill the hot tub, preferably off the rising main.
A garden hose is needed for emptying the hot tub, pushed on a spigot and run to a drain.
Access
Sufficient access is required to the site. (Be aware of, doorways, gates, corners, steps, drainpipes, trees, and branches, outside taps, roof eaves, and steep slopes etc.)Normally we use a dolly to move the spa on its side with 2 men. So the height of your spa is now the width----- the width is now the height. You may need to supply more manpower on the larger models. If access to the site is not adequate, we can crane it over if necessary. (Charged separately)
Check the size of the spa with the access
